About WhiteRaven Equestrian
Our Vision
Our highest goal is to build a community that fosters a deeper bond and kind communication between horse and human.
Guided by compassion, history, and science, we combine these to apply research backed training techniques to gently shape behavior and create an environment where your horse feels empowered to show off their best selves.

Every horse is treated as a distinct individual with all their strengths, weakness, quirks, and history taken into account as we shape the path of training to support you and your horse's journey together.

Horses and humans of every gender, age, and skill level are welcome. Whether you ride or not, are in a rough patch, or are looking for a different path forward, we are here to help.

Our Services

Positive Reinforcement Training
Positive Reinforcement or R+ training is a scientifically backed training method that uses a rewards based system to teach the desired behavior quickly and clearly, with as little antagonistic pressure as possible. It can be applied to any discipline, ridden or on the ground, and is extremely useful in training cooperative care.
Classical Riding Foundations
We take a "seat first" approach to riding, which means we strive to help riders develop and independent and communicative seat that positions them so the desired movement easy for the horse to achieve.
Massage and Rehabilitative Therapy
Pain and discomfort can spread far beyond the riding arena. It can show up in your horses' ability to rest, maintain good weight, socialize with humans and other horses, and in their confidence moving through the world.
